These Twin Lobe BLOWAIRE Roots Blowers / Compressors are air & water-cooled machines and are capable to develop pressure up to 1kg/cm & for vacuum duty up to 760mm Hg. Two-stage machines can be offered for pressure up to 2kg/cm. The compressors are being 3 manufactured in various different models to cover the suction capacity ranging from 25m /hr to 10000m /hr. As per the required suction capacity and pressure requirement, a suitable model of the compressors can be offered.
These BLOWAIRE Compressors are designed in such a way that the same can have vertical or horizontal airflow. Further, the BLOWAIRE Roots Blower / Compressor with its standard accessories is being supplied as one compact unit which makes it very easy to install. It is also available as a bare machine for replacement. These BLOWAIRE Compressors are tested for performance as per BS-1571 Part II to determine capacity, pressure, and power consumption. Stringent quality control tests are carried out at each stage of production and each unit is given a test run lasting several hours under increased load.
